BUSY MONTH |
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT| $1750
This package is day-of coordination. It includes one 30 day coordinating meeting, one hour of coordinating for your wedding rehearsal, as well as your OME coordinator and one additional team member for the entire day of your wedding.
You will receive a customized timeline of the full wedding day, a vendor contact list, and an order of ceremony. Beginning 7-10 days prior to the wedding, your OME coordinator will communicate necessary logistics with all vendors to coordinate delivery/set up times that work well with the flow of the wedding day.
She and her team will coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception by managing and cueing all of the major events and timeline moments. This package covers your wedding day from when the bride and groom arrive until the newlyweds exit the event.
This is a perfect package for brides who have it all together but need a trusty lady to take over on wedding weekend and give the bride, groom, and their parents an atmosphere to enjoy their hard work and special day!
Additional assistants available for $150 each. Based on your venue and event, I will make a recommendation on how many people it will take to successfully coordinate the weekend.

This package is a little more guided wedding planning- you plan, and Olivia helps guide you through each step! It includes everything in the BUSY MONTH package, one planning meeting, one design meeting, vendor recommendations, plus a detailed to do list that guides you from “Yes” to “I Do”!
Your wedding planning to do list can be personalized and detailed based on an extra planning meeting. This package includes reminders and phone or email contact with Olivia, vendor recommendations, and consulting throughout the planning process. You will have an online bridal portal to keep all your information in one place and make wedding planning easy!
This package is perfect for newly engaged brides or brides who have 6 months or more until the big day and who want to plan their own wedding but appreciate a little help!
All Hands On Deck | Wedding Planning

This package is a much more hands-on approach to planning the perfect wedding day! This package gives Olivia and her team the opportunity to make your vision come to life while working hand in hand with you to execute your wedding planning based on your priorities, budget, and overall ideas!
You can personalize this package based on your needs. With this package, you receive the BUSY MONTH and the ALONG THE WAY package features, plus planning meetings every 4-6 weeks. You and Olivia work together in vendor communication, wedding design, and all the little details that make a wedding day perfect.
This package is perfect for the bride who says "yes" and immediately feels overwhelmed, lives away from her desired wedding location, or one who may not have the necessary time or support that it takes to plan the perfect day!
